Alioni Tech Labs is a collaboration of Product and Engineering Leaders who have spent decades in the software industry. We are a Limited Liability Company based out of California, however most of our team members are based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This is why our name “Alioni” comes from a Georgian word meaning “dawn” and our symbol boasts the most iconic sites in Tbilisi.
Georgia offers incredible tech talent from all over Eastern Europe and the economy affords great value for the price. While most team members will be based in Georgia, we operate in cross time zone fashion, allowing team members in Georgia to span part of the working day with out US customers. Jason Turner
Managing Director
Based out of Southern California, Jason acts as Managing Director for Alioni, however also leads the Product efforts within the company. Jason has over a decade of Product Management experience, filling roles ranging from Product Manager to SVP, and working in various size companies in diverse markets. Including having spent time at small businesses in Telecom, Automotive and Entertainment Venue Management all the way to the Largest Tech companies in the world.
George Chakvetadze
Engineering
Based in Tbilisi, George builds and manages our engineering teams to meet our customer needs. George has been in the Software industry for over 20 years both as an engineer as well as a Manager/Leader. Having previously founded 2G Development, a company supplying Georgian tech talent to US and European customers, George has a proven track record of building high performing teams that deliver on contracted customer needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Giorgi Rizhamadze
Program Management
Giorgi comes from a strong background in the finance space, supporting Card and Payment operations for several large financial institutions. Also based in Tbilisi, Giorgi is a joint founder of 2G Development and founding member of Alioni Tech Labs, specializing in program and project management. With over 20 years of experience in big project implementation for complex compliance organizations, Giorgi brings valuable oversight and organizational skills to ensure we address all aspects of your product development.
Lavrenti DeLavrenti
Service Delivery
Based in Southern California, Lavrenti brings 25+ years experience in software engineering to Alioni, including 12+ years in Senior Engineer or Manager roles. Originally from Georgia, Lavrenti has worked in both Georgian and US markets for equal time and provides excellent oversight ad leadership to bridge the gap between customer and team. Lavrenti has worked in finance, insurance and payments industries, among others, adding a level of compliance knowledge that is hard to come by.
